Light and floral with a pleasant funk, these dried elderflowers have been rubbed on mesh screens to crumble them slightly. In addition to being used as a tea, elderflowers have found widespread use in making infusions, cordials, and wines.
Brewing Instructions: Steep 2 teaspoons per 8oz cup at 210°F for 5 minutes
