Shipping policy
Order Processing
We ship orders within 1 business day, subject to stock availability. During busy periods or unforeseen weather conditions, processing may take longer; if there is a delay we will notify you promptly by email.
- Orders placed after 2 pm ET are processed within 1–2 business days.
- We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Weekend orders are processed starting the next business day.
- You will receive an email with a tracking number the day your order ships.
Where We Ship
We ship to the contiguous United States, Hawaii and Alaska. We are not able to ship to US territories, international addresses or PO Boxes.
Shipping Rates (Contiguous US, Hawaii & Alaska)
- Free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more.
- Orders under $150: shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, using UPS or USPS.
- Expedited and 1-business-day options are available at checkout for an additional charge.
Perishable items (such as cheesecakes, cakes and cheese) ship in insulated packaging and may require expedited shipping, which is shown at checkout. Some products are shipped directly from our partner producers and may arrive in a separate package.
